According to Scratch there is a considerable market for this in the Netherlands and Belgium and beyond. Founder, publisher and CEO is Wiebe Mokken. Joost Swarte is involved as technical advisor. Our other enthusiastic team members are Cyril Koopmeiners, Karida van Bochove and Chris Mokken. Scratch publishes works by local and international comic book artists.
